By accessing, registering an account, or participating in any online gaming activities at AiPLAY (collectively referred to as "the Platform" or "the Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. 1. Eligibility & Legality

2. Account Integrity & Single-Account Policy
- Strict Limit: Only one (1) account is permitted per individual, household, physical address, IP address, email address, phone number, and bank account/credit card/e-wallet.
- Duplicate Accounts: In the event that duplicate or multiple accounts are discovered, AiPLAY reserves the right to immediately suspend all associated accounts, cancel any pending bets, and confiscate all winnings and promotional bonuses.
- Account Details: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Under no circumstances should you share your account details or allow minors to access the platform.
3. Financial Transactions: Deposits & Withdrawals
- Deposit Methods: We accept deposits via local banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, Affin Bank, Alliance Bank, AmBank, OCBC, UOB, Bank Islam, Bank Rakyat), local e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, LuxePay, Fpay), and cryptocurrencies (USDT-TRC20, PayNow).
- Name Matching: All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods where the account holder's name matches your verified registered name on AiPLAY. Third-party transactions are strictly rejected.
- Minimum Limits: The minimum deposit limit is RM10. Withdrawal thresholds vary based on the chosen channel and current player tier status.
- KYC Verification: AiPLAY enforces strict Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance. We reserve the right to request official photo ID, bank statement copies, and proof of address before processing withdrawals.
4. Wagering and Rollover Requirements
- Basic Rollover: All raw deposits must meet a minimum of 1x rollover (wagering requirement) on the Platform prior to withdrawal.
- Promotion Rollover: Winnings derived from welcome bonuses, daily reloads, rebates, or refer-a-friend campaigns are subject to specific rollover requirements (e.g., 18x, 28x, or 30x) as defined in each campaign’s terms.
- Prohibited Betting Practices: Opposite betting, two-sided betting (e.g., placing concurrent bets on both Player and Banker in Baccarat, or Red and Black in Roulette), hedge betting, and betting on voided or canceled matches do not count towards wagering rollover calculations. Players found engaging in such systematic hedging will have their accounts banned and promotional balances confiscated.
5. Game Software & System Malfunctions
AiPLAY integrates licensed software games from industry-leading third-party providers (PG Soft, JILI, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, etc.). While we strive for 100% server reliability, technical failures may occur:
- In the event of a system glitch, software crash, hardware malfunction, connection drop, or database error, all affected plays, spins, bets, and payouts are declared null and void.
- Any bets placed during a malfunction will be returned to the player's account balance, and any subsequent winnings derived from the malfunction will be removed.
6. Prohibited Activities & Security Checks
You agree not to engage in any fraudulent, collusive, or malicious activity. The following are strictly forbidden:
- Employing automated system tools, bots, scrapers, or cheating software.
- Exploiting software vulnerabilities or promotional loopholes.
- Funding your account with funds derived from illegal or criminal activities.
We execute regular system audits and gameplay pattern analyses. Any detected infraction leads to immediate termination of service and report to regulatory authorities.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time without prior individual notice. Your continued utilization of our services on our primary website, official mirror domains, or any platforms under our control constitutes complete acceptance of the updated terms.
